Shipping & returns
We work hard to process your order in a timely manner. If you've placed an order and need to change information provided please e-mail us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to sort it out.

When you place an order you will receive both a confirmation order email as well as an email when the item ships out.
Packages are shipped from our Edmonds, WA store and get picked up once a day. Any orders placed in the late afternoon or evening will go out the following business day.

We offer free USPS Priority Mail for orders $100 or more. Order must meet or exceed $100 before tax to be eligible for free shipping.
In-Store Pick Up is an option for any order. When you place your order, choose "In-store Pick Up" in the notes section. We will hold your order in-store for one week, if at which point, no other arrangements have been made, we will ship to you.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping through our website. However, we are more than happy to accommodate you through our Edmonds, WA store. Please call us at (425) 672-8500 or e-mail us at [email protected], and we can process your order and payment and discuss shipping options.
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties when shipping internationally.
